Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 14, 2026
1. Monthly Rental Payments
Monthly rental payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
2. Move-Outs
Customers are responsible for notifying management of move-out in accordance with the terms of their rental agreement. No prorated refunds will be issued unless required by law or approved by management.
3. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once, please contact us immediately. Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.
4. Auctioned or Locked Units
Failure to make payments may result in late fees, denial of access, lien enforcement, or sale of stored property in accordance with Pennsylvania law and the rental agreement. Payments made after lien or auction procedures begin may not reverse associated fees.
5. Cancellation of Reservations
If reservation fees are charged, refund eligibility will be determined according to the terms disclosed at the time of reservation.
